Theo & MS are two family apartments in Kos Town, side by side in the same building. Each one is eighty-five square metres, with two bedrooms, a real kitchen and a terrace of its own.

Walk ten minutes and you are at the harbour, under the plane tree of Hippocrates, at the castle gates. Walk the other way and you are on the sand at Lambi. Come back to space, quiet, air conditioning in every room and a parking spot waiting for the car.

Super comfortable apartment with excellent host

The host, Mrs. Stamatia was so friendly and helpful. Prior to even arriving in Kos, she had organised taxi transfers for us. The fridge was full of breakfast style foods, juice and waters which was a lovely welcome, and she gave us lots of tips on things we may like to do. The super king bed in the main room was so comfortable.

Great apartment in Kos town.

This was simply a first class two bedroom apartment in Kos town. It was very comfortable and a five minute walk to the town beach or a ten minute walk to the old town and bus station. It is spacious with a large lounge and kitchen as well as an outside sitting area. The host is super attentive and her charming son sorted out Netflix for us. Can’t really be faulted.

Wonderful hosts and beautiful, comfortable apartments

Beautiful apartments and wonderful hosts! All our needs were met and beyond. When we left, our hosts even gave each of the kids (we had six) a little gift, plus they had stocked both refrigerators with tons of food. The beds were very comfortable and everyone had a place to sleep (we were six adults and six kids).

Fantastic Family Stay in Kos!

We loved our time here—Stamatia was a kind and attentive host with amazing local tips. The welcome pack of food and water was perfect after a long journey. Just 10 minutes from the town center, and even closer to the beach and supermarket, the location was ideal for a family.

The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped.. The owner spent a lot of time explaining the apartment and gave us excellent suggestions for where to shop and eat. She offered to help us with transportation on the island. She definitely wants to make sure that your stay is perfect!

Extraordinary place to stay for family, modern and new with every needs. Near center of town with parking space and easy cinectiins to main road. Owners are very usefull with info and help, very pleasent people. Place to comeback
